Because I Said So, Inc (BISS) was established in March 2005 by founder Ladaria Smith. It is our mission to provide life skills classes that will positively impact young girls ages 12-19 who live in the Atlanta Metro area. Our vision is to restore confidence and empower each person who attends a workshop. Since our inception through our life skills workshops we are able to provide counseling, financial literacy, personal development workshops and community outreach programs.

BISS workshops have proven to motivate, inspire and challenge students to discover and utilize their own unique talents and authentic treasures to make positive choices for success. It is our goal to provide workshops that are open to all youth who are interested.
Because I Said So, Inc is all volunteer-driven. Our 100% free programming depends on supporters like you. BISS is a 501(c)3 public charity and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extend of the law. Thank you in advance for your support.
